This Sterling Silver Star of David contains the traditional downward pointing triangle combined with the modern shape of the dove (notice the dot in the corner symbolizing the dove's eye). It also has the Hebrew word Chai which means Life. The Star of David or Magen David was supposedly the symbol used on King David's shield. (Magen is the Hebrew word for shield).
